Abstract

In this blog, we take concerns that states have identified in the UNCITRAL discussions on ISDS reforms and we sketch a framework for understanding how they might be brought together. The framework we present is not simply a descriptive synthesis of the discussions to date, but rather a way to look at the various options raised in their entirety — including how they overlap and relate to one another.
