Abstract

Glucosinolates are dietary natural products with important cancer chemoprevention proper-ties. The syntheses of a number of stable isotopically labelled ((2) H, C-13) glucosinolates, and their desulfo-analogues, are described. These compounds are used as internal standards for analysis and for metabolic studies. Copyright (c) 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
