Abstract

The first synthesis of a stable isotopically labelled derivative of the glucosinolate glucoraphanin, namely [10-C-13, 11,12-H-2(5)]glucoraphanin, is described. This also represents the first total chemical synthesis of glucoraphanin itself. (c) 2007 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
