Abstract
Paper examining the future officer corps of NATO nations' reserve forces. Intent to understand who joins the reserves are now, what motivates them, what makes them serve and, in the future, why they might choose not to serve. The research is organised thematically in Attracting, Recruiting, Training, Nurturing and Retaining reserve junior officers.
