Abstract

Gel crystallisation of oxamic acid with praseodymium nitrate hexahydrate gave the title compound which has an essentially rigid sheet polymer structure comprised of fused 24-membered metallocycle rings. Upon thermal decomposition the polymer gives Pr6O11.
