Abstract

The perovskite compounds Ba0.6K0.4BiO3 and BaPb1-xBi(x)O3 (x = 0.9,0.5,0.25) have been investigated by high resolution electron microscopy and selected area electron diffraction. Several superlattices produced by in situ electron beam reduction have been observed. Ordered atomic arrangements in the reduced materials are discussed.
