Abstract

This chapter examines the impact of the Arab Uprisings on the MENA regional power struggle, looking particularly at changes in alignments and the power balance between alliances, notably the fate of the resistance axis, but also examining whether domestic level changes have altered the rules of the game; the rules have not been altered but the power struggle has been intensified.
