Abstract

In the hydrogen-bonded structure of the title compound, C12H10O2. C10H8N2, the molecular components are linked by O-H ... N hydrogen bonds having O ... N distances of 2.793 (3) and 2.750 (3) Angstrom into C-2(2)(16) chains which are coiled round 2(1) screw axes forming triple helices.
