Abstract

There is a paucity of information on inpatient paediatric units in Sub Saharan Africa and there tends only to be literature from larger countries such as South Africa.
The aim of this paper is to give an overview of the referral patterns, main diagnoses,management,and influences on outcomes during a six month period in the paediatric referral centre in Lesotho.
