N2 - Review questions: 1) To investigate the utility of Anion Gap as a prognostic tool in critically ill adult patients admitted to acute care to predict one or more of the following outcome measures: 31 day or in-hospital all-cause mortality, cardiac arrest, organ failure, injury severity scores, admission to an intensive care unit (ITU) or length of stay in ITU. 2) To determine whether correction of AG for albumin improves its ability to predict the clinical outcomes specified above.
