Abstract

In the title compound, C(12)H(10)N(4)O(2)(.)2H(2)O, the hydrazine component lies across a twofold rotation axis. The molecular components are linked into a complex three-dimensional framework by a combination of N - (HO)-O-..., O - (HO)-O-..., O - (HN)-N-... and C - (HO)-O-... hydrogen bonds.
