Abstract
The reaction of (Ph2PNH)(2)CS with nickel(II) chloride hexahydrate in methanol proceeds with methanolysis of a P-N bond to give trans-[Ni{Ph2PNHC(S)NH2-P, S}(2)]Cl-2, whose structure has been confirmed by X-ray crystallography. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
