Abstract

Invited for this month′s cover is the group of Pieter Bruijnincx at Utrecht University. The image shows how lignin structure information, essential to guide its valorization, can be rapidly obtained from simple IR spectroscopy combined with chemometrics, hence reducing the existing analytical burden.
