Abstract
This is an expanded version, in digital form, of a short book of the same title published in 2014 (Montevideo: Biblioteca Nacional). It is a study of the ancestors of José Enrique Rodó, including a family tree up to his great-grand parents. Evaluates current knowledge and checks against church and registry records in Uruguay and Spain, adding new information.
