Abstract
A comprehensive study of the way in which history and memory from the ancient era to the present have impacted and shaped the identity of modern Iran. The word limit is 200,000 words and this is intended to be a large monograph. Have applied for amajor Research fellowship from Leverhulme to secure some time to get this finished.
