Abstract

An improved version of the frequency domain phase measurement (FDPM) is presented. This configuration employs only linear passive filters with a nonlinear time-integrating detector incorporated to measure a phase-dependent signal. The configuration is a generalization of the spectral and autocorrelation techniques.
