Abstract
We describe a low noise mm-wave source and coherent heterodyne detection system designed to operate at both 94GHz and 188GHz for both CW and pulsed ESR. The multiplied source can produce +23dBm at 94GHz and has been designed to act as an input to a 1kW amplifier for high power pulsed ESR.
