Abstract

(2S,4S)/(2R,4R) and (2S,4R)/(2R,4S) 6,6-N,N-dimethyl-2-methyl-2-oxo-1,3-dioxa-4-hexadecyl-6-aza-2-phosphacyc looctane bromide strongly inhibited protein kinase C and moderately inhibited carnitine octanoyltransferase and carnitine palmitoyltransferase.
