Abstract

The authors of “The Hydrophobic Cysteine-rich Domain of SNAP25 Couples with Downstream Residues to Mediate Membrane Interactions and Recognition by DHHC Palmitoyl Transferases” (Mol. Biol. Cell [2009] 20, 1845–1854; 10.1091/mbc.e08-09-0944) wish to make a correction to their paper. In the original Figure 9 of this paper, one of the representative immunoblots was shown twice. Specifically, the blot for EGFP-S25 (117–120A) (panel A) was also shown for EGFP-S25 (∆101-107) in panel B. This occurred when L.H.C. was assembling the figure. We have constructed a new figure, shown below, showing the immunoblot for the EGFP-S25 (∆101–107) mutant in panel B. The quantified data and conclusions of the figure are not affected.
