Abstract
We have demonstrated that the efficiency of poly(p-phenylene vinylene) light-emitting diodes (LEDs), with aluminium contacts, can be increased by a factor 60 through use of a poly(p-pyridine-2,5-diyl) electron-transporting layer. We report an investigation of single and multilayer LEDs using quasi-static capacitance-voltage measurements.
