Abstract
The present report was prepared further to a review mission undertaken by DPKO to the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) from 10 – 18 April. The main objective of the DDRR programme evaluation mission was to review the status of the reintegration of former combatants in Liberia with a view to identifying the reasons for the delays in reintegration and to make recommendations on what can be done by UNMIL, in consultation with other key stakeholders, to expedite this.
