The first example of a nitrogen‐containing crown ether acting as both a first and second sphere ligand towards a transition metal is found in the rhodium complex 1. This complex contains a crystallographic center of symmetry and is stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen bridges. (Formula Presented.)
