Abstract

Exhibition at Dunoon Burgh Hall, 21 May - 13 June 2021

Featuring 12 works of recently reattributed African modernist art from the Argyll Collection, this exhibition showcases research undertaken at University of St Andrews into modernist art in Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia and South Africa in the 1960s and 70s. The exhibition was a collaboration with Argyll and Bute Council, and funded by the KE & I fund at University of St Andrews.
