Chronicon Anonymi Cantuariensis. The Chronicle of Anonymous of Canterbury 1346-65: This edition of a chronicle written in Canterbury in the mid-fourteenth century is based on a new and previously unknown manuscript found in Cranston Library (Reigate) which included a considerable amount of material not known to the previous early twentieth-century editor of the chronicle, who had used a manuscript from which all the text from the years 1357-64 was missing (the chronicle covers the years 1346-65). Our edition includes the complete Latin text, with textual notes, historical footnotes, and full translation into English in parallel-page format, published by Oxford Medieval Texts, the foremost modern publishers of scholarly editions.
