Abstract

The agglomeration effects in FePt nanoparticles on Si substrates were studied by small angle neutron scattering method. The magnetic properties were determined for all films by using vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). The results suggested a significant fraction of supermagnetic particles in the films.
