Abstract
Extract from a recorded conversation between Chen Maiping and Gregory Lee, in which Chen tells the story of how "Catch 22" government censorship tactics obliged the literary magazine TODAY! 今天 to cease publication in 1980. The interview took place in Stockholm where Chen Maiping, Bei Dao and others were meeting to launch a revived TODAY magazine. Recording, photographs and editing by G.B.Lee.
