Biography
Tim’s career has been devoted to developing talent, building leadership capability, and facilitating sustainable organisational growth and business transformation. With 25 years’ global experience in executive education and organisational development, Tim joined St Andrews in July 2024 to take the helm of Executive Education and establish the University of St Andrews as a world-class provider of executive development.
He has worked with educational institutions across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America, including the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), the Australian Institute of Management, University of Western Australia, Cranfield University, Singapore Management University, University of British Columbia and University of Michigan.
