Rebecca is a Head of Student Development at the University of St Andrews and holds a PhD in International Relations. She has over 10 years’ experience in learning and skills development working across Scotland and East Africa. Rebecca is a strong advocate for equality and inclusivity in education. She excels in motivating others, helping them to reach their potential and understand previously inaccessible topics.   

She has practical experience of lecturing and tutoring students. Her areas of interest and research include university transitions, neurodiversity, and skills for the future/ Industry 4.0 (the other side of AI).
