My Name is Nicolas Knecht, I'm a PhD Student at St Andrews and the University of Bonn (Co-tutelle). My doctoral thesis reconstructs Kant's conception of Intersubjectivity, with a focus on his ethical thought.
My main interests lie in the philosophy of Immanuel Kant, but also German Idealism, Contemporary Political Philosophy, Applied Ethics and Critical Theory.
I'm a Research Associate at the Center for Life Ethics at the University of Bonn.
