Personal profile

Research overview

My research focuses on experimental work with fishes. Building on my PhD on archerfish I am interested in understanding the development of manipulating and 'shooting' water as a foraging behaviour in fishes. More broadly, my interests encompass the interconnected aspects of social behaviour, individual variability in cognition, and environment - especially physical enrichment - and their importance for fishes in a rapidly changing environment.
