Personal profile

Research overview

I'm a research fellow in Professor David Harrison's group, and my work primarily revolves around transcriptomic profiling of cancer. We utilise long-read sequencing techniques on various samples, including in-vitro cell lines, patient-derived tumouroids, and biopsies. Our particular focus lies in understanding drug-induced changes to RNA regulation within cancer cells. Employing various approaches including spatial transcriptomics and multiplex protein analysis, we aim to understand the RNA regulatory impact on protein expression and cellular phenotype.
