My research revolves around wave optics, in particular speckle patterns (random optical fields), where I worked on experimental, analytical, and simulation aspects.
Recently I've been working on a more applied problem of arsenic detection in Victorian books.
I've also touched on a range of broader topics like superosillations, phase singularities, weak quantum measurement, physical analogues, mathematical physics in general, and numerical methods. I'm generally interested in whatever brings together cool maths and cool concepts.
