Research overview

Lucinda earned a BSc (Hons) in Atmospheric Science and Applied Mathematics at Monash University in 2022. Following this she completed her MPhil in Atmospheric Science with Dr Martin Singh also at Monash University. Her thesis investigated the controls on the thermal structure of the troposphere in the tropics. 

In 2024, Lucinda began her PhD at the University of St Andrews under the supervision of Dr Michael Byrne. She is using climate models to understand the processes controlling temperature in both a warming and cooling world.
