Research overview
Former Student of the Ecole du Louvre in Paris, Louise started her PhD in co-supervision at the School of Classics and the School of Art History in 2025. Her research focuses on the ancient Roman architectural terracotta reliefs – also known as ‘Campana reliefs’ – from the collection of Giampietro Campana (1808-1880), and the intention and meaning behind their restorations in the nineteenth century.
