Biography

Kais was a Lecturer in Banking and Finance at the University of St Andrews from 2012 to 2023. He received his PhD from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), Canada. He is a member of the Centre for Responsible Banking and Finance (CRBF). His work is published in leading academic journals including Journal of Banking & Finance; Journal of Business Ethics; Technological Forecasting & Social Change; Journal of the Operational Research Society. Kais completed his MBA in 2006 at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and his Bachelor's Degree in 1999 at the Institut des Hautes Études Commerciales (IHEC), Carthage, Tunisia.

Responsible finance and banking; multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) methodologies.
