Research overview
I am using simplified climate models to understand the physical processes controlling heatwaves and extreme temperatures. I will then apply this to investigate how heatwaves are likely to change with global warming.
I did both my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Physics at the University of Cambridge. After which, I worked as a software developer in a neuroscience lab at University College London, developing a method to detect genes from microscope images of the brain.
