Experienced English Language Teacher with over 16 years of dedication to teaching and fostering language acquisition at public secondary schools in Yokohama City, Japan.
Research interests include language learning motivation, autonomy-supportive teaching, exploratory action research, research synthesis, continuous professional development, AI for English language education and international education.
