Research overview

Fredrik's research is primarily focused on well-being and happiness in various economic and management-related contexts. His current research explores the mediating effect of social comparison and competition on employee well-being within consultancy (IT, Management, and Strategy). By examining the specific predictors of well-being in consultancy, the research aims to better understand and identify key factors influencing employee well-being in a highly competitive and demanding field. 

Fredrik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University and a Master of Business Management from Trinity College Dublin. He also has professional experience in both consultancy and technology.
