Research overview
Archwin’s research is situated at the intersection of leadership studies, public administration, and socio-cultural contingencies. His doctoral project explores what becomes possible when theoretically informed accounts of the ontology of tradition are brought into dialogue with relational understandings of leadership, with a focus on Bangkok’s local government. In bringing these two strands together, he responds to calls from relational leadership scholarship to illuminate the dynamics of leadership in contextually specific ways.
