Research overview

My research concentrates on the structure and evolution of galaxies, and mapping their dark matter haloes. Other topics that I work on include shapes and morphologies of nearby galaxies. I am also active as the data product manager of SDSS-V, and the director of Shine.

Teaching activity

I am currently teaching 'Condensed Astrophysics' for Direct Entry students (AS1101) and Galactic Astronomy 'Astronomy and Astrophysics 2' (AS2001/2101) sub-honours programme. I am also teaching parts of 'Gravitational Dynamics' (AS4015) and 'Contemporary Astrophysics: Historical Astronomy' (AS5003) in the honours programme.
