Alia Taifi is a PhD candidate in the Department of German. Her thesis reconsiders central and peripheral women in Theodor Fontane’s fiction.
She received her MA (Hons) in Comparative Literature and German and her MLitt in Modern Languages (German) from the University of St Andrews.
