The University offers excellent musical facilities and a wide range of opportunities for students and non-students alike.
The Music Centre is open to everyone, from absolute beginners to experienced musicians, whether you want to take lessons, play in groups, practise or just come and listen. In addition, the University offers nine undergraduate modules for those who wish to make music part of their degree.
The University is building a state-of-the art, custom-built music centre close to the Byre Theatre in the heart of the town - The Laidlaw Music Centre.
