Narrative

Cornelia Helmcke and myself were invited to submit evidence to the Scottish Parliament Information Centre (SPICe), as part of their call for expertise on natural capital finance. After submitting a list of policy-relevant questions/themes that we proposed required Parliamentary scrutiny, I was invited to attend the Parliamentary session.
