Narrative
This strategy focused on the provision of publicly funded ESOL in Scotland for a community of learners which includes new migrants, asylum seekers and refugees, along with settled minority ethnic communities. We also recognise the contribution that Scotland’s thriving commercial EFL (English as a Foreign Language) sectormakes, to meeting the needs of international students wishing to learn English.
