Description
These data and R scripts were used to carry out the analyses in the Coral Reefs manuscript "Tracking morphological development in stony corals". These analyses were conducted using R software. Data are provided in various formats (.csv, .RDS, .shp, etc.) and thus might require specialized software to load (e.g. R or GIS software). More information can be found in the ReadMe file.
