Dataset

Description

This dataset is a collection of 3D photogrammetric models of coral colonies at reef sites around Jiigurru (Lizard Island) in the northern Great Barrier Reef, Australia. Data collection occurred over the course of four years with the aim of tracking coral morphology in situ over time. This dataset underpins a series of upcoming publications.

This dataset is comprised of ASCII Polygon (.ply) files and the Python scripts (.py) used to produce them. More detailed information can be found in the ReadMe.txt file.
