Similarity learning networks uniquely identify individuals of four marine and terrestrial species

Code and subsets of images per species accompanying the paper " Similarity learning networks uniquely identify individuals of four marine and terrestrial species". Our study integrates segmentation, orientation, and similarity learning models to identify individual animals from four species: humpback whales, bottlenose dolphins, seals, and western leopard toads. We provide all the code for training and testing these models along with subsets of images for each species.
