Dataset underpinning the Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 in PhD thesis titled 'Refining acoustic estimation of fish biomass in the ocean and a lake using broadband sampling and target strength modelling' by Yang Yang. The dataset includes processed acoustic data stored in .csv format and raw scripts based on R programming language. Details of the software requirements are included in the readme.txt file in the dataset.
