Description
A. Mathematica algorithms (proprietary format) used to model Fock superposition/Gaussian interactions in Chapter 7 of the thesis.
B. Python code (can be opened in a text editor) used to find optimal states presented in Part II of the thesis, raw output data from these optimisations, and Mathematica notebooks (proprietary format) for the analysis of this data. Output data is in json format (can be opened in a text editor).
See ReadMe.txt for more details.
