Description
Raw resequencing data collected from an evolution experiment in Drosophila pseudoobscura. Four replicates from two treatments - monogamy and elevated polyandry - were sequenced in pools of 40 individuals each. This dataset includes pool-seq Illumina reads over the course of the 200 generations of evolution at 4 time points (approx. generation 20, 60, 115 and 200). These data were used to investigate signatures of directional selection in allele frequency trajectories (see [REF] for a more detailed description of the used methods).
